Dogwoods: Spring Glory is my first painting I did while in college. My major was physics, and I needed a break from that. So I painted in my free time.
I used watercolors on watercolor paper, because I didn't know how to paint with anything else. I had a picture of the spring dogwoods and loved the way the woods looked ghostly behind the new blooms of the dogwoods. I gave the original to my mom because I missed her.
This is the oldest painting of mine that I sell. Enjoy my earliest classic!
